FAQ

We understand that you may have questions about your upcoming trip, so we have compiled this list of answers to the most commonly asked questions.

Do I need to be able to sail?

No, you just can relax; the captain will take care of everything but, if you like, you can learn about sailing and take a turn at the wheel.

Is there snorkeling gear available?

We have masks, snorkels, fins, and full-face ‘easybreath’masks in different sizes. The use of all our snorkelling gear is free of charge.

What happens when the weather forecast is not good?

Your safety is of paramount concern. If the captain decides that the weather circumstances or forecast are unsuitable for safe or comfortable sailing, the trip will be cancelled. You will have a full refund, or we can try to re-schedule the trip.

Will I get sea sick?

If you tend to get nauseous in cars or planes, we advise you to take a seasickness tablet (i.e. Dramamine) at least 30 minutes before you board the boat.

Do we need to bring our own food or drinks?

No. Delicious food and drinks are included in your luxury day at sea with us. If you have any special requirements, please inform us in advance of your trip.

Can we bring our own music?

Yes, you can; we have a Bluetooth speaker to connect to your phone and we also have about 25,000 songs on our computer.

Can we help with the sailing, steer the boat or learn about sailing?

Yes, you can. The captain will be delighted to give everyone a chance at the wheel and to explain the basics of sailing during the day.

Do I need to be able to swim?

If you are not able to swim, please inform us beforehand. We can provide you with an inflatable or non-inflatable lifejacket for your added security.

Do you have floating noodles?

Yes we have noodles which you can use free of charge.

Can we fish?

Yes, we have fishing gear on the boat. But if you are looking specifically for a sea-fishing trip, you may wish to look for another type of excursion. Please let us know your requirements.

How many people are there on the boat?

On Simmertime: for a shared tour we take a maximum of 8 guests and for a private tour we can take up to 10 guests. For larger groups we should like to recommend one of our carefully selected partners with a catamaran.

I have a food allergy or special dietary wishes, what do I do?

Please inform us beforehand so we can adjust our menu according to your special needs.

Why do I have to bring my passport or identity card?

The Spanish authorities may make spot checks on boats in Mallorcan waters and you must be able to identify yourself to them.
